Prices

All the prices of the products shown on the website include VAT and any other taxes that may apply. However, these prices do not include the shipping costs of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the User.

Payment

The User agrees to pay at the time the order is placed. To the initial price shown on the website for each of the products offered will be added the relevant shipping costs. In any case, these rates will be previously communicated to the User before formalizing the purchase itself.

The receipt or proof of purchase corresponding to the purchase order will be sent by email upon receipt of payment of the order.
 The User must pay the amount corresponding to the order by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or other similar cards). The User shall notify TS of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for the purchases, by email, as soon as possible so that TS can take the appropriate steps.

• VAT information: Our product price is VAT inclusive that is 25%, mentioned in the checkout page when you’ll be purchasing any product.
• Refund Conditions: We offer a 30-day refund policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange
• Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery timeframe is between 3 to 4 business days from the time your payment has been processed. Please allow extra time during peak periods or in cases of unforeseen delays.

Delivery Costs

The cost of delivery will be displayed during the checkout process and is based on your shipping location and order size.

Complaints Rights (Reklamationsrätt)

Under Swedish consumer protection law, all customers are entitled to a 3-year complaint period (reklamationsrätt). This means that if a product is defective or does not meet the standards agreed upon at purchase, you have the right to make a complaint and have the issue resolved. This can include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the defect.

Please note, the 3-year period applies to issues that are due to manufacturing defects and not to wear and tear from regular use.

Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days, applicable to all items except rentals or services. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund if the return is approved.
• Non-Returnable Items: This policy does not apply to items that are used, worn, or damaged.

Media
